Application Method

1．Application Method

Students who need the Chinese Government scholarship should apply to the Education Commission of China through related governmental department of their own countries.

Self-supporting students should apply directly to the Admission Office of the School of Foreign Students Education of Hubei University of Arts and Science.

2．Application Procedures

Step one:  Ask for Hubei University of Arts and Science Application Form For Foreign Students from Admission Office of the School of Foreign Students Education or download the Application Form from the Website of Hubei University of Arts and Science.

Step two: The Application Form, application fee and other related documents should be sent by post, fax or E-mail directly to the Admission Office before the application deadline.

Step three:  Hubei University of Arts and Science Admission Notice and Visa Application for Study inChina(JW 202 form) will be sent to the students who have been admitted.

Step four: Admitted students should take Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study inChina(JW 202 form) and Physical Examination Record to the local Chinese embassy to apply for visa toChina(X or F visa). 

Step five: Admitted students should bring Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202 form), passports, personal registration photos (8 for each person) and physical examination forms (including the original blood text report, X-ray photo and the original of electrocardiogram) to register at Hubei University of Arts and Science within the registration period written in the Admission Notice and obtain the Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China. Otherwise, they will lose their student status. Exception can be made to student who has informed the school of their special reasons and whose delay has been permitted.

5. Cost (in RMB)

(Ⅰ) Application fee:

RMB 300 yuan

(Ⅱ) Tuition fee (per year):

(Ⅲ) Fees for each student of a short-term class of Chinese language:

RMB 400 yuan for one week

(Ⅳ) The fees for each student of Chinese culture class are to be mutually agreed and fixed by the 2 parties according to the study time, content and the tour cost.

(Ⅶ) Accommodation:

Note: Fees would be charged according to the dormitory conditions and accommodation arrangement
